If you are forced to cancel your booking we will give you a 100% refund up to 48 hours before the start of the excursion.

If you cancel later than 48 hours before the start, you owe the full payment.

If your excursion has to be canceled by the provider due to external influences such as weather or technical failure, we will try to find another time or equivalent excursion.

If you cannot make it at the other time, you will receive a full refund.

We don’t take any risks. The route can be changed if the weather or the ocean is not favorable.
